Our bakery started in 2012 when our family began baking Scola's Italian Cookies from our home kitchen. What began in the home—small batches, family recipes, and word-of-mouth support, grew into something we’re proud to share with the wider community.
We’re still proudly using those same family recipes, bringing Italian favorites to the Midwest with a touch of Kansas City style.
